Purpose
This group was created for those who love The River deeply and desire to remain connected during a difficult and emotional season. Our hope is to provide a place for respectful communication, prayer, encouragement, transparency, and community as many of us process recent events together.
The purpose of this group is to begin to connect our broken congregation into one place so we can all begin to heal, plan and pray for each other. Emotions are rightfully VERY high but I did not create this forum to make that worse, but to hopefully make it better. We are all in this together. While we are displaced, we can put our heads together and figure out next steps, but let's do so with the love and grace of our Savior!

We have a vibrant Facebook group, and a temporary sanctuary to hold worship services Sunday Morning. We have a GoFundMe set up to cover expenses and grow. Many more opportunities are in development, please stay in touch.
